Responding to a critical incident and following up with a debrief are some of the most important things we can do to support those who serve us. These critical incidnets can be an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS), an on the duty injury or death, tragic deaths, suicides, or any number of tramatic events. 

This training serves to prepare you to enter into these crucial moments prepared with how to navigate through diffucult circumstances and to prepare you with resouces.
